Learning OIC: Return on Investment

On the first question as to why we want to learn OIC...ther may be many reasons...may be you had to pick this role of working on OIC as you had no other opportunity...may be you see your friends earning well on OIC projects and you too want to taste that...may be you guessed what would be the demand for OIC expert in the coming future...

The point i want to make is on the last reason above...you should first think about whats your return going to be by learning OIC and working on it...the presence of Incentive Compensation as a tool to solve complex and changing sales organizations requirements is being felt lately...it is already communicated that OIC is one of the few applications that Oracle is going to retain for FUSION applications from its EBS CRM suite of applications...this gives a good reason to invest now and be prepared while opportunities pour in...

What is OIC?

Unless you are sure of what OIC is and what you are looking for, you'll not be directed here...so there is no point explaining what it is...but may be i wanted to say what i want to do writing this blog...this is to share my knowledge on OIC that i have gained for around 3 years...I'm not very sure if it reallly helps u but i'm wishing to giveout all that is stored on Block:2234 Layer:20 Southern Lobe, Brain(of course mine)...i'm not sure of the pincode....
